Travelling by van is an adventurous type of travel and with that comes the flexibility of the cruisers.

make a back-up plan and find out the conditions of entry
into the landscape.

Even if, for various reasons, you don't get to your dream destination and circumstances divert you onto other paths, the whole trip suddenly becomes an even bigger adventure as was the original plan.
